My order status indicates 'delivered,' but I have not received itUpdated 2 months ago

We apologise if you have not yet received your order.

If the courier has confirmed successful delivery to your address, we will need to initiate an investigation with them.

If your parcel is not with a neighbor or another household member, please complete the attached 'Non-Receipt of Goods' disclaimer form. This form can be printed out and signed by hand or completed electronically.

Once we receive the completed form via our contact form, we will begin our investigation with the courier and provide you with an update promptly.

Please note, that if you have already received your item since initially contacting us, you do not need to take any further action.
