I bought my product second hand, does it include the warranty?Updated 9 months ago

If you have purchased a second-hand product from another seller; your product is not covered under our Limited Warranty as it hasn’t been purchased from us directly or one of our recognised retailers (Amazon, eBay).

Please note, second-hand purchases do not come with a new warranty after purchase, and any existing warranty is void. As such, it is not possible to purchase or register second-hand products for any of our warranty policies; they are ineligible to make a valid claim.
