Can I change my delivery details after placing my order?Updated 2 months ago

When an order is placed, we try to dispatch the parcel as soon as possible to keep our delivery promise. Once the order information has been transmitted to the carrier, we're sadly unable to make any changes to the address.

It's important to note that if the carrier is unable to deliver the parcel due to an incorrect address, it will be automatically returned to our warehouse.

We recommend monitoring the tracking, and if the parcel is unable be delivered to inform our Customer Care Team promptly, so we can resend the order to the correct address.
