If you have returned your order but have not received a refund, please forward us a photo of the return receipt. Our Customer Care Team will validate that the order has been returned in good condition, and once confirmed, we will issue the refund for you.
After your refund has been processed by one of our team members, you should receive an email confirming this. The refund will typically be issued within 3-5 working days and will always be returned to the original payment method.
