Will you collect my item?

Aycorn will arrange for the collection and recycling of ‘like-for-like’ products for you at no charge. For example, if you buy a baby monitor from Aycorn and you want to recycle your old baby monitor, we will arrange this for you. As this scheme only applies to similar products, if you buy a baby monitor and wish to return cupboard locks, we’re unable to collect and recycle it for you.

Before returning your product, please separate old batteries and lamp bulbs from the appliance. Always remove these before sending your appliance to a designated disposal and recycling service.

If you would like to return a product for recycling and disposal, please email us with your collection request. A member of our customer care team will be in touch with you to see if your item qualifies and what the next steps are.
